<p>I started using Über a few weeks ago, I use the service quite often. I have reached my capacity to be lenient with the horrible service I receive from them. I am utterly filled with disgust... I use the cash payment method and in all my trips I've only ever received change for my money once. The drivers "conveniently" never have change or any cash on them. This is in violation of me as a consumer.</p> <p>If you cannot provide a service or cannot cater to the payment plan set out, then do not offer it.</p>
