RUDE UBER DRIVER MASIPHILE

Today at around 12:00 l encountered the most rude Uber driver l have met to-date. l requested from 69A lower Klipfontein Road, Silvertown Athlone to Kromboom Road, Rondebosch East. My money was deducted immediately as this is the case normally. Thereafter, the driver (Mr. Masiphile) sent a massage telling to cancel as he had personal engagements. l informed him of my previous cancellations where l lost money to uber as l never received any refunds. He told me to request somewhere else as he wasn't coming out. I ordered in-drive who promptly showed up. However, Mr. Masihile also showed up but only to shout in-front of my children by telling me that he won't take me, something he had already done on the uber app. My question is. What was the purpose of his coming to me? l will never use Uber again.
