Rude uber driver Anna

I had such a rude driver this morning. I booked an uber as i normally do and it initially said she would be 3 minutes then the uber driver drove in the opposite direction suddenly she was 9 minutes away, i waited any way. I booked more than one spot on the app as i always do making sure that the uber driver will get paid. The Driver arrived and we first stopped at my kids school to drop them off. I was not 30 seconds out of the car talking to my kids teacher the uber driver Anna shouted from the car that she has another pick up. Her behaviour was so outrageous i told her i included the stop in my journey and asked her to stop shouting at me, she tells me she has another client i told her i am just as important as her next client and this was booked in my trip. She then tried to start and argument with me which i quickly nipped in the bud because i am a grown women that did not ask to be treated like an little child by her. I am so disapionted in this behavior. she drives a Toyota corolla
