Rude uber driver

Have been trying to contact Uber to lodge a complaint. But have been unsuccesful. There seems to be no option for submitting issues on rides which were booked by someone else and where we are unable to recall the information received.

Situation : Student booked ride. On arrival of uber - driver refused to verify his name He was rude. Stated that we should have checked the app. He was adamant in not giving his name. And said we must cancel the trip, he won't do it. He then left. Ride was cancelled & new trip booked.

can someone please sort out this issue.
