Rude Uber driver

My battery died and I needed transport to get home from Springs Mall. I then had my husband book an uber for me to my place. The driver arrived and I saw the car went to him and asked him to confirm my details just as a safety precaution. He told me how he's not a ***** and refused blankly, went on to tell me that he's leaving because this was his car and he can do whatever he wants with it. Unfortunately there were no other drivers to book so I used another Taxi company. With the crime in this country against women, uber drivers need to be able to verify information before we can take the ride. Needless to say that I had to pay for the trip.
