Rude Driver

Complaint Regarding Uber Driver Nqobani Dear Uber Support,

I am writing to file a formal complaint about my recent experience with an Uber driver. Below are the details of the trip:

Trip date and time: 6 January 2025- 6:49AM Unprofessional behavior the driver was so rude and i just recently learnt that he is now bragging about the incident with that happened yesterday morning to the uber drivers round the area.

I logged a complaint on Uber yesterday and I was not sastified with the response I received as I did not request if the cancellation fee was implemented in my account as I wanted action and a proper investigation to be done on the driver.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure this issue does not happen again. Please let me know if you need any further information from my side.
