Rude driver and lost item

I am a uber user and I have been happy with their service but on Saturday the 04/05/2019 I forgot my cellphone in the drivers vehicle and immediately when I realized this I called it and it was already off, I contacted the driver who was very rude and said he would check in the vehicle but till today he hasn't bothered calling me back. I just want my phone back
