Rude and non aplogetic

I requested for an Uber from a shopping centre on my app shows driver standing at one place not moving I called and messaged but no respond finally after longest 8 minutes he comes and asked y I didn't cacell if I'm not happy cause he was on another trip and so I shld cancelled cause seems I'm not happy with him and if I have packages I shld carry them cause he can't open the back ..cancelled I get charged 65 on my next trip. Y cause Ur driver was rude unapologetic and very much big ego and even asked how was my trip....please respond KD 01 reg the name mlungiseleli ntuntu
