Rquesting an uber is impossible

I requested an uber for the first time and my ride was great. little did I know that requesting another ride would be sooo impossible to a point where I was almost ****** and ***** due to lack of communication from uber and their faulty systems.... I seem to be having may problems with uber and im disappointed at the lack of willingness to help at their offices in Parktown North and their customer service is DUSGUSTING my the bill for my first ride is still outstanding and I have gone out of my way to pay it off but it seems that uber is meeting me half way... I spoke to LIMBERT from uber support the email system seems to be doing more harm then good and I am saddened to have to name and shame uber on this site
