******* fare. Invoice 3 times the booked price

I booked a trip for a friend from Rivonia to Houghton, the price was R157. After the trip, they invoiced me R285! I’ve made a complain and they said that I’ll get refunded. An hour after, I noticed on my bank account that they took an extra R247.

So a total of R404 instead of R157!!!!! It’s simply *******!!!

The only explanation they can give is “the driver said there was an issue with the price compare to the distance”. I don’t care, there was a price announced on the app that’s why I booked this trip.

Now I’m debited 3 times the price! Last time I use this app
