****** by Uber

I requested Uber this morning for my 64 year old mother and my 5 month old baby, they were travelling from my home to the clinic which is 5 mins apart, i had received a promo code allowing the deduction of R20 ,the trip was R21 meaning after the deduction of r20 the balance is R1 , when the trip ended i was charged R223.00 and the address was wrong, Now i dont understand what went wrong but what i know is that there has been a deduction of R223.00 from my bank account, I have reported the matter on the support system and they are delaying the process as i need the money ASAP actually right now because I was ****** or rather if the drivers are ******** people can we be aware because afterall this is my money and no one else. Im soo disappointed in Uber for doing this to me ,I am utterly utterly disappointed in Uber, I used to trust this brand but now Im having doubts about it ,Iv recommended people to use this service and now they do this, very very disappointed in Uber.
