****** BY Mandla uber driver

I gave the driver R500 to take a client to the airport.On his way the ORTambo airport he got stuck in houghton as he had a flat tyre.He then ended the trip of which by then it had charged R89.He then requested another uber for my client and he did not pay for my client,my client paid.He kept the change of R411. The driver Mandla came to my work place in twice occasions but I was not around. He left his number for me to call him back.I then called him back and he said he will pay me but I said he must deal with uber.

Uber only refunded me R89 instead of the whole R500. Uber has taken me from pillar to post asking me to explain what happened and I have been calling and explaining ,and I'm gettimg tired of this.

Your driver knows that he ****** us .I'm a freuqent user of Uber ,if this is the service you renderer to your clients its shocking.

Please kindly refund my funds to my bank account attached to my uber account.
