An amount of R159 was deducted from my account before the driver arrived.

When the driver arrived he canceled my trip and told me that his not going to Gugulethu.

I was charged a R25 cancelation fee plus R159 for a trip that never happened. I've been sending emails and reported the issue on Twitter still no response

Can you please reverse this money. The trip never happened.
