********** and Greed by Uber Drivers

This morning my wife requested UberX from Weltevreden Park to Rosebank as usual and the fare is an estimated amount of 125. That is fine because she was running late too.<br> <br> Requested Uberx, guys arrives by name of Takalani. He insist that freeway is better and my wife refuses but he forces his way and took the longest route to Rosebank just for a quick buck. The fare ended up costing almost 3 times more which is 317.<br> <br> There couple of big issues here.<br> <br> 1. Uber drivers are abusing the system for their gain at the expense of customers. It not accepteble for fair to change that much 3 times more.<br> 2. The driver was very unprofessional to force his way . Are this services safe for females to travel alone? She told him the route to take he refused. From Weltevreden park to Rosebank you drive through cresta, Parkhust to rosebank, WE HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE and have receipts for it.<br> 3. My wife was late because of this.<br> <br> I am very disappointed and disgusted by this behaviour your driver showed. Map shows it that he went around with intentions of making a quick buck. <br> <br> NOW sot this out and refund me because the estimated fair was 127 not 317. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL.<br>
