Ripoff

<p>there is a trip supposedly taken by me on 8 July 2016 at 11:09. The trip was from Lethabong to Pretoria (both these areas are unfami**** to me) with a driver by the name of Moses. What baffles me about this trip is that I was at home sleeping at the time which it was taken and after the trip ended an email was not sent to me with regards to the trip like it usually is. I am very disappointed with this matter as I was billed R489.06 for a trip which I did not even take. Ive tried getting a hold of them on various platforms: twitter, email and on the app. Via twitter the response is quick but they keep sending me back and forth. Which is very frustrating because i did not use this service and all i want is a refund.</p>
