Saturday I used uber for three trips, I received fantastic service on trip one and two. The third trip we were ********** as I paid to be taken from Boksburg to Alberton. The driver decided to go via Pretoria to take us home. He then had to audacity to blame me coz I showed him the direction of the highway but never told him to go to PTA. The driver then admitted to making a mistake and thought the ordeal is done after the 90 min trip home. Sadly mistaken as I was billed for his error. A total of 834.....yes that's what u charged me for a trip from Boksburg to alberton. I honestly think that he done this on purpose to increase his rate and charge amount. All the driver says is pal take it up with uber on Monday. Seriously he should pay me my money back and investigated as I'm sure he does this to all clients to make more money.
