REVERSE MY MONEY UBER

I requested a ride on 23 December 2022 and there was an authorisation hold of R285. The driver cancelled the ride, but the authorisation hold was never released. I have been having a back and forth with Uber for the past month, but they don’t seem interested in helping me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!
