Requested an uberX and got an uberBlack

<p>i requested an uberX and got an uberBlack and had to pay for it, I therefore paid 74 rand for a ride that costs me 34 rand usually. All this after struggling for 15 minutes to get onto the uber app after it logged out and refused my password when I tried to log back it and when I finally logged in it took another 10 minutes to send me the varification code via sms </p>
