Remove your card as a payment method

I requested and was charged a certain amount but after the trip was completed the money i was charged was reversed then a higher amount was taken off my bank account. There was no traffic and when the driver arrived i went out immediately so what's the extra charge for? I complained then they said it will be adjusted instead the money was only adjusted on my Uber account but my bank account was not refunded.

I contacted them again instead they told me it was sorted out just like that so guys be careful with choosing your card as a payment method with Uber because they will rob you of your money. Lucky for me it was a small amount so imagine if it was a huge amount. I'm so disappointed!
