Refused a refund

I booked a trip to get to work and it was R94 and then it increased to R111 firstly the drive to a route that was suggested by uber which is a strike happening instead of providing an alternative route option Thereafter when I place a refund request I am told that I reached my total of refund request And even threatened to disable my account
