Refusal by uber drivers to come to Sandton Gautrain station with no explanation

I arrived back at Sandton Gautrain on the evening of Sunday 25th. I immediately called for an uber. I could not understand why driver after driver kept cancelling my ride and then I realised they wanted me to walk across Rivonia rd along West. It was getting dark and fewer people were around. The area that the map showed me to go to (for a reason I still didn't know) is a building site. Eventually a message showed me that there might be a problem with the taxi drivers. Every time the ride was cancelled I got charged. So that my R76 fair ended being R120. Not to mention that I was supposed to walk into a very unsavory looking place, a woman alone with luggage and not knowing what on earth the problem was. Previously I got off at Marlborough but thought the issues at Sandton had been resolved.
