REFUND!STUPID UBER PASS!

I need a call as soon as possible in regard to a refund for this stupid UberPass for debiting after i had requested to have it cancelled and now it's impossible to speak to anyone because this **** of a site does not what to give me the refund and/or cancellation option. I expect a call and a full refund because your company is well aware of this and this is how you ***** our money.

I want this matter escalated and i expect a full refund and a call!

I am deleting both Uber and UberEats,I am not supporting thia **** of a company.

I will go to ICASA and you guys should explain why you make it impossible to cancel this stupid subscription that you pop on the screen so often to apply but when it comes to cancelling,I should search all hell and high waters!
