Refund/No Resolution/No Response

I received an email today, informing me that there's payment transactions that were unsuccessful. Firstly, I have no rides or record of the rides for the dates mentioned, secondly I have made sure that every single card payment has went off successfully, if it hasn't.. I always go back on the ride to check. I will not be inconvenienced for rides I did not request for, or even be charged by my bank for these insane accusations, your payment methods or what happens in the background with how you submit payments to my back, is not my problem. If you're going to submit payment request to my account for trips I did not make, you will reimburse me for those charges! I will not be liable. Fix this, I have nothing logged for those mentioned dates, please don't make me stop using this APP over such nonsensical accusations.

For each charge, please provide:

1. Date of the charge

2. Exact amount

3. Type of card (debit, credit)

4. The first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card

5. The expiration date
