Refund request refused

On Saturday(25/10/2025) , I requested for my brother from school to our home. My brother did not take the ride but I was still charged R97. I again requested from the same address to our home for my brother and he took the ride for R145. Uber refuses to refund me the R97 even though I have told them that the ride was not taken.
