refund request

I requested an Uber ride on Sunday(13/07/2025) using my card as the payment method, which was R188.93. However, the driver asked me to change the payment to cash, as he was low on fuel and couldn’t accept card payments. Since the app didn’t allow me to switch the payment method, I had to cancel the ride and request a new one with cash instead, it was R221.00

It’s now Monday, and I’ve not received a refund for the cancelled ride.
