Refund promise not kept by Uber SA!!

I took a trip with Uber SA on the 6th of February 2021 and paid R98 for a trip that would normally cost R28 (There was no price surge when I requested). I messaged them about this and was told on the same day that my fee had been readjusted and the difference would be refunded back into my account. Weeks passed without any notification and I then followed up on this again on the 19/03/2021. I was once again assured that a refund had been issued to my account. It is now 19/05/2021 and I have still not received my refund.
