Refund NOT Refund after 3 months later!!

If I could give half a star here I honestly would! After i booked and scheduled my uber for the following day I sat and waited to find they had canceled and struggled to get another being a woman it's not always safe to stand around and wait. HOWEVER the amount for the uber was R140 I requested a refund for the amount and it was never received it has been almost 3 months now still nothing. I have contacted you via every means possible uber your customer service is **** to say the least.
