Refund not received

I mistakenly subscribed for uber membership and immediately cancelled the membership. I got in touch with them and they told me that my refund of R500 has been processed and should be in my account within 7 to 12, it has now been 15 working days and no refund has been processed. I have been asking them for a refund reference number but none of them has issued me with my request.
