Refund not processed

I requested a trip on the 28th of April and driver cancelled. I was charged a fee of R244. Spoke to Uber consultant who advised me it's a pending hold and I will be refunded. Today the 20th of June, I made a follow up and I was advised I will not be refunded as it is after 30 days. I am not happy cos I want my money back and there is no help. This is unacceptable
