Refund not paid

I recently had a disappointing experience with UberRides regarding a ride I cancelled. I booked a ride on [10/06/2024 for R128] and had to cancel it shortly after booking due to [Driver took long and not communicating ]. Despite cancelling the ride well within the allowed time frame, I noticed that the fare was still charged to my bank account.

This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. As a loyal user of UberRides, I expected better customer service and a more transparent refund policy. It is disheartening to see that the company does not prioritize customer satisfaction in such situations
