Refund my pre authorized amount back

I requested a ride Sunday evening a pre authorization fund of R136 went of my account,I canceled the ride because I got lift I paid service fee of R10 however the R136 was not refunded back on my account this is unacceptable and it's been 2 days now I want my money back.
