Refund my money please

Please refund my money last month i had an unkown charge of about R29 which was debited on my account i did try to contact the help support but i was never assisted then today again i am being charged another R29 for what i havent used your services since 05 June 2022 i dont understand these charges i need my money back otherwise i am deleting uber app on my phone and never use your services
