Refund my money

Why THE HELL DOES UBER STILL MONEY FOR MY CARD. I request get charged from card then later the amount gets changed to a higher amount include a Toll Gate amount which I don't use a Toll gate. I am going to open a case of ***** against the company. Why are they charging ******* transactions off my bank this happened 3 times now
