Refund my money

Uber is a **** they have debited again R99.99 which they can’t explain it is for what. They did debit last month and I was sent from one pillar to post and now again. This is really ******** people and for what I don’t know. I want my money to be refunded back to my account and then close my account and I will now use bolt because since I’ve been complaining and now one car to resolve my issue
