Refund me !!!!

I requested an Uber send package and entered the correct addresses. The driver had network issues and the car at some point did not move on the app. I called the receiver at f the parcel and she said she got the stuff but the driver has already left while the ride is still active on my side. She confirmed that the driver was having network issues. The ride only stopped after about 30 minutes on my side. In the morning I wake up to more money bring taken off my account for another ride the driver took that I did hit request for. Uber does not want to refund my money which is totally unacceptable!!!! I want my money back, your drivers are ***********.
