Refund for *****ulent deduction for unknown trip

I have these recurring payment notifications of R50.00 for trips which I had not requested for. Never mind the ones I have just logged for the 16th of October and 20 November, but this has happened at least twice before. I even regret using the card payment option because this is where is stems from. I do not have money for you guys to just take whenever it suits you, worse when that payment fails like it has for the 20th you keep deducting, costing me charges which I must bear, but also *****ing money from me.

Please kindly facilitate returning my R100 as it is for the 2 times which I have screenshots.
