Refund dispute

I bought from uber eats via online, then the delivery guy arrived and requested my pin which I shared with him, then he told me that he didn’t have my food so I’ll have to complain via uber website then uber eats said because I gave the driver the pin then there’s nothing they can do but I paid R105 for something I never received
