Refund

I am do disappointed, i requested on uber and they asked me an upgrade so i cancelled the ride, they charged me for canceling and they debited the money for the ride and till today i haven't received my refund.....and the other time i was charged twice because we were stuck in a roadblock...so they are quick to take our money from our bank account but when we supposed to receive it back it takes forever....I am not happy at all
