Refund

on the 2nd of February I requested a Uber from Pretoria to Midrand(my school accommodation) they didn’t allow in yet so i had to book a uber back to Pretoria with all my baggage. So i booked a uber and i realised that it is taking me to a wrong location so i cancelled it and i got my refund of R28. I requested again the Uber and again it was going to a wrong location and I cancelled they took R438 i booked again with my last money and finally the direction was right. Uber didn’t give me my refund for R438 i am still waiting, the support or help team is not helpful because they are not even responding to this matter
