Refund

<p>I have 2 credit cards loaded on my account. Last night between 1am and 3am, 2 rides were debited from my second credit card, no one else has access to my cards or my uber account. Large amounts have gone off and Uber says they cannot refund me! This is complete *****! I can't believe they will not investigate the matter and refund me.</p> <p>Pathetic service!!!</p> <p>You would think you are secure with your bank cards that are loaded onto the Uber app, but it seem as though it is unsafe to add your card to the app as it seems like someone hacked into my uber profile and ****** my card information.</p>
