Refund

On the 10th of September I tried requesting a ride home using the Uber app. However with every request I kept getting an error message "oops something went wrong". Upon checking my transaction list the next day it reflected that money was taken bu Uber. I called them requesting my money back and I was told 2-3 days , then I was told 3-5 days. On Sunday I was told it was escalated to the technical till today I haven't received my money.
