Refund

On the the 3 August at 6:40. I took a ride from Tembisa to my home waterfall. The original price charged was R171.46 and the price changed and added a fee of R62.41 with total cost of R233.87. I then Chat to uber consultants twice, trying to make them understand, trust me as Im not sure if they read to understand. What I'm trying to say because they don't respond to what you inquiring about. My issue is that I want my refund or I'm cancelling this uber app.
