Reckless Uber Drivers

For days now I have been trying to get in touch with Uber regarding an accident caused by one of their drivers. From various sources, I have come to understand that this is their M.O. They shield and protect their drivers by hiding their information. For days I have been trying to get in contact with Uber regarding this Driver's details, to no avail.
