Reckless Uber driver

I suspect that the driver of a White Hyundai Avanza SX 1.5 - registration CA905825 is a Uber driver. On Monday 18 April at 18h25 I was standing at the Sable Road turnoff in the long queue in the left hand lane waiting for my turn to drive towards Canal Walk. The right hand turn queue is much shorter as vehicles in this lane have to turn right as soon as they have driven over the bridge. The mentioned driver was in the right hand lane and all of a sudden just decided to cut in right in front of my in a space that was much too small for him to do so. I had to brake in order to avoid a collision and when I hooted at him he stopped dead in the intersection out of spite and in the process not allowing me or any of the vehicles behind me to move. The vehicles behind me started to hoot at this driver and eventually - as the robot turned red - the driver drove off with me following him. When I passed him and looked at him he showed me the middle finger and further down he shouted at me for being stupid. With passengers in his car this is not only extremely reckless and inconsiderate behaviour but most shocking is that he is endangering the lives of his passengers as well.
