Reckless driver

On Saturday 3rd August I was involved in and accident whereby your uber driver was driving reckless on the road and knock my car, The driver refuse to give details which I then call the cops, he reversed on a 1 way main road in my driver side of the car lucky I was not hurt but the attitude the driver had was so f### never minded his exact words was my insurance will cover. I'm so f### ****ed reason being it's so easy for him to make a sh## comment but the inconvenience his put me through I need to pay access fees I need to use public transport as my car now need to go for repairs I have all details and pics and case number I would like to get this driver off the road please make contact as I will be taking this to all social platforms
