Reap off

Uber is reaping customers off with their drivers, my last night trip was R35 and I paid R200 the driver told me he doesn't have change and he will credit the change on my Uber account, only to realize after he left that he didn't credit back,i then raised the issue with the Uber customer services.. In their response they told me to use another method of payment with no credit back to my account.. My question is why does Uber have different methods of payments and why do they choose for customers on which method to use, I need my change but people must be aware of what Uber and their drivers are capable off.
