R99.99 unknown charge from Uber

I’m so annoyed with Uber and fact that I can’t even talk to anyone upsets me even more. I complained last month about a R99.99 charge that I picked up on my bank statement on the 15th November. To my surprise there’s an exact charge again this month. I’ve gone back since July of this year and I noticed that these amounts have been charged off my card since. I suspect this has been happening for longer however it’s only come to my attention in the last month and when I complained to Uber support, there was no response😡
