R45 ****S

Some time in the last week of September I was struggling to get ride from the uber app as I would request to no avail inwould just say searching and my partner would end up dropping me off and the next day the same thing happenedand i ended up using a different app for request a ride, now I realise that I have been charged R45 twice for rides that never accepted and never pitched now I can't use the app because I refuse to be ****med of my money when no rides were accepted or came for that matter.

It's very annoying because I actually do like and prefer the uber app but this is day light *******...
