R339 **** by uber

Booked Uber black for my daughter's matric dance Ride was accepted and it said driver is 15 mins away Texted the driver and he said he's 7mins away 7mins lapses I text again to check how far, he says he's stuck in traffic, 30mins later I cancel the trip and I'm being charged a cancellation fee of R339. What a **** you guys running.

Also checked the tracker of the car, it then showed the car is 50mins away from pick up point

Had to drive halfway to the venue to book another car
