R157.00 for a R38.00 trip! Please refund my money

I yesterday requested an Uber yesterday morning (21 July) and the fare was R38.00. The tip ended and the R38.00 was debited from from my account. Shortly after that, another message that there was a R119.00 amount debited which I do not know about. Please refund my money ASAP. I sent multiple messages on the app helpline and still have not received any feedback.
